01. Basic Composition

• Receive basic form from a client.

• Basic form is signed initial Layout, annual production, cycle time,

     worker, number of process and etc.

• The line gonna be composed as basic form.

• The line contains samle Fixture, Hanger and Gun.

• Finally, the line's robot routes is composed as same as real work.

• You can see the entire working flow.

• Show consecutive work of the process.

• It is possible to know line's cycle time of the process.

• Discuss and suggest the problems of the line with client.

02. Deployment WeldPoint

• Check the blance of each process out.   

• Verify if each weldpoint is appropriate for the process.

• Check the weldpoints which are impossible in the process as Robot position.

• Check for complete or non points about closed by product.

• Check the weldpoints which are impossible in the process by Gun.

• Verify Sealing, Stud, Examination process.

03. Selection and modification of Gun

• Prepared 500 type's gun datas the are used before.

• Developed own programs helpe to decide Gun.

• Find the same Gun as product's(PNL) shape.

• Find optimal Gun quickly as robot's position.

• Show change of the mount loaction and position of Gun and Hanger.

• The selected one changes the shape in detail(changed in step file).

• It is going to be out as Step file.

04. Install MCP & Fixture

• Install sample Fixture at same location of MCP.

• It is possible to change 30 type's shape of Fixture one by one.

• The Fixture can also move coordinate positions immediately.

• It can be set proper weldpoints while looking at the Fixture movement.

• You can check laborer's position(Loading, unloading).

• As alot of experience and data, it is matched with Real line using sample Fixture as same as possible.

• Therefore, in the main process, large cases such as adding robots and adding processes have been greatly reduced.

05. Output statistics

• Outputs the line configuration result to file(A4).

• 1 VS 1 It's possible because it's real-time.

• You can see the annual production, daily production, and cycle time.

• You can see the operation rate of the robot.

• Many other items are listed.

• Add other result according to the client.
